The Trust Ledger is an append-only, tamper-evident record of every action the Accelr8 platform performed during the pilot. Each entry is cryptographically chained to the previous one. Any modification to a prior entry invalidates the chain and is detectable on verification.
This export is designed for three audiences: PE governance (proof that findings were validated by named individuals against named evidence, and committed by named sponsors), exit due diligence (auditor walks the chain from EBITDA impact through Banked → Committed → Actionable → Validated → Identified back to the source contract), and internal audit (PortCo Finance reconciles Banked Value against the original Committed and Validated findings).
